Delete your account

• Open HoopZone and go to Profile, then Settings.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Confirm. Your account and its data are removed from our live systems there and then.

If you have already uninstalled the app or lost access to your account, ask us and we will do it for you.

• Write to [email protected] from the email address your account uses.
• Use the subject "HoopZone — Account deletion request".
• Tell us your username and the email on the account.
• We delete it within 48 hours and email you once it is done.

• Your account: email, username, name, position, height, date of birth and profile photo.
• Your whole training history: every shot, routine, streak, calendar activity and metric.
• Your AI coach conversations and any shot analyses.
• Your sign-in links to Google, Apple or Facebook.

It goes from our live systems immediately, and from backups as those roll over, within 30 days at the latest. We keep nothing of it afterwards.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Hooper subscription, because the store owns the billing, not us. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or it will keep renewing.
